Kellie L. Wilford, MSN, RN has been a Nurse Educator for 12 years and taught in both PN and ADN programs, providing classroom and clinical instruction.  Kellie also facilitated student learning in the nursing skills lab and simulation lab. As a faculty member, Kellie was actively involved in Faculty Senate, the Curriculum Committee, Student Concerns Committee, and several faculty member-hiring committees. She also sponsored the Student Nurses Organization and coordinated various community service projects.

Kellie’s experience as a nurse includes 17 years in Obstetrical Nursing, where she was a Certified Childbirth Educator and a Certified Breastfeeding Educator. She also worked as a Charge Nurse and a Preceptor for new nurses and served on many hospital-wide committees.

Kellie currently works as a Nursing Education Specialist for ATI Nursing. Her responsibilities include writing and reviewing assessment items based on the NCLEX test plans. She uses psychometric data to analyze and edit scored items to increase their reliability and validity. Kellie also assists in the development and review of several ATI products, including Review Modules and remediation products.
