ATI Nursing Education “Educator with the Nurse’s Touch Award” Rules
Educator Nominees
Eligibility/Entry
To participate, for potential fulfillment purposes, nominator must submit all the proper contact information for nominee and answer the questions. Any entries received after the contest ends will be ineligible to win. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be void. Nominees must represent an accredited nursing program.
Contest Deadline
The competition for ATI’s Nurse’s Touch Award will be conducted from 7:00 AM Central Standard Time (CST) on October 6, 2023, and ends at 11:59 PM CST on November. 14, 2023.
Judging Criteria/Selection of Winners
4 winners will be selected by an independent panel of ATI nurse educators and executives.
Prizes
- The 4 winning educators will receive one complimentary registration to the 2024 ATI National Nurse Educator Summit, hotel accommodations at host hotel and round-trip airfare to Salt Lake City Utah (the location of the 2024 ATI National Nurse Educator Summit). Winners will be responsible for all other expenses not listed (ground transportation, meals, incidentals, etc.).
Notifications
All winners will receive notification via phone or e-mail. Winning odds will be dependent upon number of eligible entries received.
Conditions & Additional Terms
ATI Nursing Education is not responsible for entries that are late, misdirected, lost or garbled, including those attributed to computer or network malfunction or congestion. Such entries will be deemed ineligible. Please note: all contact information ATI Nursing Education acquires during contest registration will remain private and solely used for fulfillment purposes. (At no time will information be redistributed, utilized in any additional manner, etc.). Only participants' names, titles, city of residence and institution affiliation are eligible for use in winner announcements on social media or other public means.
This contest is solely open to residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico), who represent an accredited nursing program. Employees of ATI Nursing Education, including student representatives, its affiliates and subsidiaries – and their immediate family members and persons living in their households – are not eligible to enter. This contest is subject to all federal, state and local regulations. Offer void in Puerto Rico and where otherwise restricted or prohibited. All federal and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of prize winners.
ATI Nursing Education reserves the right to disqualify entries from anyone found tampering with the Internet-entry process. If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of running as planned, by reason(s) of damage, from computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical limitations, failures or further causes, which – in ATI Nursing Education’s sole opinion – could compromise, undermine or otherwise affect the official rules, administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the contest; ATI Nursing Education reserves the right and absolute discretion to modify these official rules and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest. In the event of termination or cancellation, winners will be selected – from all eligible entries – received before the time of termination. ATI Nursing Education assumes no responsibility, for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, and delay in operation/transmission, communications-line failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized site access. ATI Nursing Education is not responsible for injury or damage to entrants – or to any additional person’s computer, further equipment or person relating to, or resulting from, participation in the contest – or, from downloading materials or accessing the site.
Limitations of Liability
If for any reason the contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or if any other causes corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the contest, ATI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest, as well as to disqualify any individual who tampers with the contest. ATI assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. ATI is not responsible for problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers’ computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail to be received by ATI on account of technical problems, or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this contest.
