Cynthia Clark, PhD, RN, ANEF, FAAN, ATI Strategic Nursing Advisor, is in the spotlight again with an article in Sigma Theta Tau’s online publication, Reflections on Nursing Leadership.

But she also discusses the positive impact of leading students toward better practices in dealing with stress — and how implementing such practices can reduce stress by as much as 25%!
