The presenter will outline the use of strengths-based approaches to fostering resilience on the team through targeted initiatives that aim to build a healthy team climate, cohesiveness, open communication, change compatibility/flexibility, equitable contributions, shared leadership, and shared learning.
Objective:
- Define the concept of resiliency, and situate it within the context of high-performing teams.
- List several strategic efforts that teams can employ when working to become a high-performing team.
- Experience shared narratives of resilience in teams with attendees.
