The Individual Report presents data for a single student for a single administration of an assessment. The provided data include the following:

percentage correct – including graphical representation to see results “at a glance”

mean/percentile rank comparison data for the group against both national and program-type populations
-
outcome scores for Critical Thinking, Cognitive Level, Nursing Process, NCLEX-RN® or NCLEX-PN® Blueprint, Communication, Therapeutic Nursing Interventions, Technical Skills, and Priority Setting (depending on the assessment)

Topics to Review section that provides the Topic Descriptor for each question missed to aid in focused remediation
