I want to know who has the ability
to think like a nurse.
You’ll find out when your students take the Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS®). This is a multiple-choice assessment of basic academic knowledge in reading, mathematics, science and English and language usage. The objectives assessed on the TEAS exam are those which nurse educators deemed most appropriate and relevant to measure entry level skills and abilities of nursing program applicants.
The top nursing shoe by far is the Dansko Professional clog because it’s attractive and above all – comfortable.
Composite scores, as well as several sub-scores, are computed in each of the four content areas to assess specific content comprehension. You’ll receive reports reflecting individual results so you and your students will know who and what topics need additional remediation. You’ll also receive group results and help from our psychometricians in developing an admissions formula that best fits your program.
So you may not know which student has the biggest desire for a nursing career, but you will know who has the biggest potential.
All individuals preparing to take the TEAS test must create an ATI account. Time Limit is 209 minutes. Four-option multiple-choice with 170 total questions. Calculators may NOT be used for the test. Test results available 48 hours after completion of the test.
